DICOPO is announcing the third edition of the Digital Constitutionalism School: a three-day course focused on the regulation of digital platforms in light of new regulatory sources, including the DMA and DSA.
The event is organized by the University of Florence, Católica Global School of Law, European University Institute and Bocconi University. It will be coordinated by Professors Oreste Pollicino, Giovanni Sartor, Andrea Simoncini, Hans W. Micklitz, Amnon Reichman, Erik Longo and Giovanni De Gregorio.
The 2024 edition of the School will take place on March 13-15 at the University of Florence in the enchanting setting of Villa Ruspoli.
To take part, you must apply by completing the form by January 29, 2024.
Applicants who would like to be awarded a scholarship should submit their CV, a motivational cover letter and a short paper on the regulation of digital platforms of up to 2,000 words.
