Oreste Pollicino
President
Oreste is Full Professor of Constitutional Law and Media Law at Bocconi University and Emile Noel Senior Fellow at New York University. Currently, he holds pivotal positions, such as an independent member on the Management Board of the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights and in the Global Partnership of Artificial Intelligence at the OECD. In 2023, he joined the Resilient Governance and Regulation Working Group of the AI Governance Alliance, established by the World Economic Forum. He was the Honest Independent Broker contributed to the creation of the ‘European Code of Practice on Disinformation’. He has also been recently shortlisted as Advocate General of the European Court of Justice.
Paolo Cesarini

Paolo is Programme Director for the European Digital Media Observatory (EDMO) and the European Media and Information Fund (EMIF) at the European University Institute. He also collaborates as a Senior Advisor at Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm. Expert in media policies, Digital Single Market and EU competition law, Paolo Cesarini previously held management roles at the European Commission, namely in the Directorates-General for Competition andl for Communications Networks, Content and Technology, as well as a member of the Legal Service at the International Labour Organisation. He has also been teaching EU competition law at the universities of Siena and Montpellier and is a frequent public speaker and author of various publications on EU competition and media law.
Cornelia Kutterer

Cornelia is the Managing Director of Considerati’s Brussels office and a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Grenoble, focusing on AI regulation. Her expertise centers on the intersection of technology law, AI advancements, and AI safety, particularly in responsible AI governance. She participates in various AI governance projects, including the IAPP AI Governance Centre and the OECD’s AI Risk network. Previously, she led Microsoft’s Responsible Tech and Competition team, accumulating vast experience in tech policy areas. Kutterer, a qualified German lawyer, holds degrees from the University of Hamburg and the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.
Giovanni De Gregorio

Giovanni is the PLMJ Chair in Law and Technology at Católica Global School of Law, Lisbon. Prior to joining Católica, Giovanni was a postdoctoral researcher working with the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy (PCMLP) at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, University of Oxford. His research interest deals with constitutional law, human rights, freedom of expression, privacy and data protection law. Giovanni is the author of the monograph Digital Constitutionalism in Europe. Reframing Rights and Powers in the Algorithmic Society (Cambridge University Press 2022). Giovanni has also received academic awards including the ICON award 2022 for the best article published in the International Journal of Constitutional Law and the Common Market Law Review Award for the best research article in 2021. He has been part of the Honest Broker Team on the European Code of Practice of Disinformation.
Andrea Parola
Executive Director
Andrea is consultant based in Brussels and leads as Managing Director, the company he created in 2009, EU Strategy, which is involved in public affairs and advocacy. He active in areas such as digital policies broadly speaking, with interest in e-Skills and digital literacy. He has worked 6 years at the European Commission and prior to this he has been working on EU related affairs and communication.
